Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime via the Profile page. Changes apply immediately upon payment confirmation.
How do I pay?
You can pay instantly via Instant QRIS (StarindoPay) supported by all mobile banking and e-wallets, or directly from your account balance.
What happens if my daily request limit runs out?
Requests will receive a 429 status code (Too Many Requests) until the quota automatically resets at midnight (00:00 GMT), or you can upgrade to a higher plan.
Is there a refund if I cancel my subscription?
Unused balance will remain in your account and can be used anytime. For details, please consult our Terms of Service.
