Introduction and Agreement

Welcome to Theresa API. This Terms of Service ("ToS") document is a legally binding agreement between you (either individually or the entity you represent) and Theresa API ("we", "our", or "Service"). By registering, accessing the dashboard, or making a request to any of our API endpoints, you state that you unconditionally agree to the entire contents of this document. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using our services.

This document applies to all surfaces of our services, whether it is the web interface (dashboard, documentation page, payment page), or every Application Programming Interface (API) endpoint that we provide, including derivative features such as the jadibot system, automated payment integration, and additional modules that we may release in the future. Your continued use of our services at any time will be considered evidence that you have read, understood, and agreed to the entire contents of this ToS without exception.

If you access or use this service on behalf of a company, organisation, or other entity, you state and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind such entity to these terms and conditions, and in such case, the term "you" will also refer to such entity.

Definition of Terms

To avoid misunderstandings in the interpretation of this document, some key terms are defined as follows:

  • "Service" means all products, features, interfaces, and infrastructure operated under the Theresa API brand, including but not limited to REST API, user dashboard, and integrated payment systems.
  • "User" or "You" means any individual or entity that registers, accesses, or uses the Service in any form.
  • "API Key" means a unique credential in the form of an alphanumeric character string provided to you to authenticate and authorise every request to our endpoints.
  • "Point Balance" or "p" means the internal value unit used in the Theresa API system for purchasing service package upgrades (role upgrade), which has no official exchange rate against fiat currency outside our Service ecosystem.
  • "Your Content" means any data, text, images, search queries, prompts, or other materials that you submit through API requests to our Service.

Account Registration and Security Responsibilities

To use our API, you must register and create an account. You warrant that all information you provide is accurate and up to date. You are fully and exclusively responsible for the security of your API Key. You are prohibited from sharing, publishing in public repositories (such as GitHub), or hardcoding the API Key directly in client-side applications that can be viewed by the public. Any activities, balance deductions, or abuses that occur using your API Key are entirely your responsibility, even if done by third parties without your permission.

We strongly recommend that you immediately rotate your API Key through the user dashboard if you suspect a credential leak, whether through negligent code uploads to public repositories, device leaks, or other security incidents. You are also obliged to keep your account password confidential and notify us immediately if there are indications of unauthorised access to your account.

Every user is only allowed to register and operate one account, unless there are special operational needs that have been approved in writing by our management. Creating multiple accounts to avoid quota limits or to obtain promotional benefits repeatedly will be considered a violation of this document.

Service Packages, Quotas (Rate Limit), and Balance Deductions

Theresa API uses a membership system (role) and point balance ("p") designed to provide flexibility for various scale needs of your bot or application:

  • Free Role: Free access with a maximum quota of 50 requests per day.
  • Premium Role: Charged at 400p per day with a quota limit of 2,000 requests per day.
  • VIP Role: Charged at 600p per day with a quota limit of 15,000 requests per day, and higher priority in processing.

All daily limits will be automatically reset every day at 00:00 GMT. If your daily quota has run out (on Free/Premium tiers), your subsequent requests will be rejected with an HTTP 429 Too Many Requests response code until the next day's cycle begins. Daily balance deductions for Premium and VIP roles will continue automatically as long as your point balance is sufficient, regardless of whether you actually use the request quota on that day or not.

If your point balance is insufficient for daily deductions, the system will automatically downgrade your account role to the Free tier on the next deduction cycle without additional notification, and you will need to top up your balance through the pricing page if you want to reactivate the paid tier.

5

Retention Policy and Deletion of Inactive Accounts (Inactivity Policy)

We continue to optimise our server infrastructure. Therefore, Theresa API applies a strict policy regarding inactive accounts. If an account has never made any API requests (hits) within the period specified by the system, our system will assume the project has been abandoned and will automatically delete your account permanently.

This automatic deletion includes the destruction of the API Key, usage history, and the loss of the remaining point balance ("p") in the account without the right to a refund. You will receive a notification via your registered email before this deletion occurs so that you can reactivate your account by making an API hit.

This policy is applied consistently and without exception to maintain database efficiency and server capacity for active users. We are not responsible for any operational consequences on your application or bot side arising from the deletion of this inactive account, including but not limited to service interruptions on derivative products that you build on top of the deleted API Key.

6

Refund Policy

All purchases of point balances ("p") or subscription package upgrades are final. We do not offer refunds for the remaining point balance if you decide to stop using our services, if your account is deleted due to the inactivity policy, or if your account is suspended due to violations of this Terms of Service.

Exceptions to this policy can only be considered in cases of technical failures purely caused by our system errors that result in double balance deductions or discrepancies with the correct nominal amount. Such requests must be accompanied by clear transaction evidence and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our team.

7

Prohibited Uses (Acceptable Use Policy)

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our API. You are expressly prohibited from using our API under the following conditions:

  • Carrying out actions aimed at damaging, disabling, or overburdening our servers (including but not limited to DDoS attacks, unauthorised stress testing, or spamming).
  • Attempting to exploit bugs, reverse engineering, or bypassing the quota restriction system (rate limit evasion) by creating multiple fake accounts.
  • Providing, facilitating, or distributing unlawful content, such as illegal pornography, hacking, third-party data theft, or material that infringes copyright.
  • Renting, reselling, or offering your API Key as a separate commercial service (white-labelling) without written permission from Theresa API management.
  • Using our service to send automated messages that are coercive, harassing, or annoying to third-party users without the recipient's consent.
  • Disguising the origin identity of API requests (request spoofing) in order to evade audit mechanisms, security monitoring, or abuse tracking that we implement.

We reserve the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating this article, including by reviewing the metadata of your API request logs, and may take corrective action depending on the severity of the violation found.

8

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in our Service, including but not limited to infrastructure technology, code documentation, brand design, and the Theresa API logo, belong entirely to us. Your use of the API does not grant you any ownership rights to our services or brands. Conversely, we claim no ownership over the applications, bots, or software you build using our API.

You are granted the right to include reasonable attribution of the use of Theresa API in your products, but are prohibited from using our name, logo, or brand identity in a way that creates an impression of affiliation, sponsorship, or official endorsement by us of your products without prior written consent.

9

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

OUR API SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We strive to maintain high system uptime, but we do not provide an absolute guarantee that the API will operate 100% without interruptions, delays, or network disruptions. Under no circumstances will Theresa API, its affiliates, developers, or staff be liable for direct, indirect damages, loss of business revenue, loss of user data, or system damage arising from the use or inability to use our API.

Our liability, if proven legally, will be limited to a maximum of the total payment value you have made to us in the thirty (30) days period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Theresa API harmless from any third-party lawsuits, claims, damages, or attorney's fees arising directly or indirectly from your application, how you use our API, or your violation of this Terms of Service document.

11

Termination

We have the absolute discretion to limit, suspend, or terminate your account and API Key immediately and without prior notice, if our security system detects activity indicating a violation of these Terms of Service.

You also have the right to terminate the use of our Service at any time by deleting your account independently through the user dashboard. The articles in this document that are reasonably intended to survive after termination of the service relationship, such as articles concerning Intellectual Property Rights, Indemnification, and Limitation of Liability, will continue to bind both parties even if your account has been terminated.

12

Force Majeure

We shall not be considered in default or in breach of this document if there is any delay or failure in the performance of our obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, large-scale power outages, third-party cloud infrastructure provider disruptions, ISP-level internet network failures, government policies, or other force majeure events beyond our ability to prevent.

13

Electronic Communications and Notifications

By creating an account on our Service, you agree to receive electronic communications from us, including notifications related to policy changes, account status, security alerts, and billing information, via your registered email address or through the notification system on the dashboard. You are responsible for ensuring your registered email address remains valid and can receive messages from our domain.

14

Severability

If one or more articles in this Terms and Conditions document are declared invalid, void, or unenforceable by the competent legal authority, the validity of the remaining articles in this document will not be affected and will remain in full force and effect.

15

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising in connection with this service will be resolved amicably first, or through a competent court in Indonesia if an agreement is not reached.

16

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Theresa API reserves the right to modify or replace this Terms and Conditions document at any time to accommodate new features or legal changes. Material changes will be announced via the user dashboard or email notification. If you continue to use our services after such changes are published, you are deemed to have agreed to the new terms.
